Description:

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Diploma from a recognized Office/Business Administration Program, Medical Office Assistant, or Unit Clerk program. Equivalent education and experience considered. Minimum 2–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a large, complex health organization. Minimum 3-5 years working in programs supporting vulnerable populations including mental health and addiction programs. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel; Experience with Connect Care, SharePoint, OneDrive, RMS. Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment. Proven experience supporting multiple leaders and managing competing priorities. Experience contributing to or supporting the start-up of new programs or initiatives. Experience with WFM is considered a strong asset.
