Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:At least two years’ experience working with child and adolescent population in a mental health setting. Critical thinking skills are required daily in this position. An ability to work independently and part of as team as necessary. Understands the importance of a trauma informed care approach.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarization with the DSM-V and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Experience working in Connect Care is an asset.
