Master's degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from an accredited university program. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Additional Required Qualifications:At least 2 years' experience working in adult mental health, older adults, cognitive assessment, or complex case formulation, within the last 5 years. Core Competencies: Advanced communication, interviewing skills, and clinical assessment. Strong written communication and legal-quality documentation. Critical thinking and clinical judgment. Ability to manage complex, high-risk cases. Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Candidate has declared formal assessment as an area of competence with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Strong Connect Care skills are an asset.
