Master's degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from an accredited university program. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and families at a Masters level. Experience developing evidence-based programming is required. Demonstrated skill in delivering evidence-based interventions to youth and families/caregivers. Demonstrated skills in clinical supervision. As this is a significant year of growth and development for the program, and a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:Formal assessment competency is preferred. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and trauma-integrated environments. Knowledge of culturally safe and inclusive practices when working with diverse populations. Experience working within an inpatient treatment environment is considered an asset.
