Master's degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from an accredited university program. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of two years' experience working with youth or young adults in a group setting. Minimum of two years providing counselling/therapy to adolescent clients. Certification in CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Suicide prevention required. Registration with CAP required.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to candidates with experience working with youth charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and with experience working within a justice setting. A proven track record of group facilitation and behavior management are preferred.
