Completion of diploma in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in accessing and coordinating housing programs is required. Proven experience working with marginalized populations is essential. The successful candidate will have a strong record of effective collaboration within interdisciplinary team settings. The candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with health care team members, patients and their families in a fast-paced environment. Sound professional judgement, initiative, and effective time management skills are essential
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in program development, and the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with community partners are considered assets. Experience working in a healthcare environment is also an asset.
