Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experienced in the provision of case management, screening, and systems navigation with strong clinical discernment and supportive counselling skills. Experienced in working with clients and their families who may be experiencing crises. Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required in conjunction with a demonstrated knowledge of community resources and the ability to work collaboratively with community partners. Strong, self-motivated professional, who is capable of critical thinking, prioritizing/triaging, using crisis de-escalation skills, and willing to creatively problem solve to support the needs of vulnerable clients.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency using Connect Care and proficiency with Work Queues. Master's degree in social work. Current NVCI training / certificate.
