Through collaboration with nursing, psychiatry, occupational therapy, recreation therapy, and other disciplines, you will contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, continuous learning, and person-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of older adult mental health, the social determinants of health, and the complex factors that influence well-being in later life.
