Master's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of three years experience in an outpatient mental health setting. Experience working in a case management model. Previous and recent experience facilitating group therapy. Knowledge of DBT skills NVCI BLS-HCP Psychosocial Intervention authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous training and experience in the delivery of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Training and experience in trauma therapy modalities such as Prolonged Exposure, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, etc. Previous experience working with individuals who have Borderline Personality Disorder and/or high risk behaviours (suicide, self-harm, substance use) within a community/outpatient setting.
