Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency and understanding of computer systems: Connect Care and other relevant programs. Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a stressful acute fast paced hospital setting and effectively resolve conflict. Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently organize and prioritize workload. Ability to be self-directed and exercise independent decision making and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent 1 year experience preferred in an Acute Psych Hospital setting.
