Your Opportunity:

In this role you will be a clinical leader, mentor and advocate, supporting your staff and working with physicians in providing high quality patient-centered care. In collaboration with the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading change management and quality improvement, promoting team development, and coordinating and managing staffing and clinical services. You will also be responsible for clinical supervision, recruitment, budget management, and appraisals for staff. As the care manager you will also be responsible for supporting staff, building knowledge and capacity, influencing change and building confidence for change. As the care manager, you will possess skills in critical and analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, teamwork, prioritization, time management, advocacy and conflict management. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a passion in team engagement, coaching, and professional development including the ability to foster a climate of cooperation and collaboration building solid relationships between inter-professional team members.
